摘要
对QX757-E型电子提花织带机提综机构的运动规律和提综机构中的大提臂的受力情况进行了分析,为提高电子提花织带机的工作性能提供了理论依据和方法。
This article described the principle of type QX757-E electronic Jacquard of narrow-fabric shuttleless loom. A new model of this mechanism is built. A detailed analysis of the kinematics,force,and dynamic of the mechanism is made in this paper. According to this work,a conclusion can be reached that the mechanism is in agreement with the requirement of a shedding motion. This method of analysis can be expanded to the further design and im- provement of the loom.
