摘要
分析了目前丝绸行业用来描述生丝粗细的指标纤度及相关指标匀度,研究存在的误差,并对目前用于测量这网个指标的众多仪器中的乌斯特匀度测试仪、光电检测的SD-1型细度仪、振动法检测的Y1051型静电激振式纤维细度仪进行讨论。提出采用双向检测的方法,以生丝椭圆截面积为指标来描述生丝粗细的观点,并以椭圆为模型进行数学推导,分析其误差,从理论上探讨了双向检测的科学性。
In this paper,are first analyzed the fibre-size and the related evenness parameter along with the involved errors in describing raw silk fineness of silk industry. Then among many apparatus used to detect the two above-mentioned parameters,are discussed the Uster evenness tester,the model SD-1 size tester,and the model Y1051 electrostatic excitation type fibre fineness meter. It is found that the traditional size parameter is,not exactly to scale, the raw silk fineness and has relative error up to 43.80% in reflecting to the section area. Investigating the sections of raw silk reveals most of them to be elliptical,so that the area of raw silk ellipse section detected in bi-directions is put forward as the parameter to describe raw silk fineness. Moreover, the corresponding error is analyzed through mathematics operation with the ellipse model.
