比色法测定羊毛蛋白酶减量的研究

A Study on Determination of Wool Biofinishing Weight Loss by Photoelectric Colourmetry

用Ｆｏｌｉｎ－酚试剂对酪氨酸显色的方法，测定蛋白酶催化减量羊毛过程中酪氨酸的析出量。析出量和减量具有良好稳定的线性相关关系，表明用比色法测定羊毛蛋白酶减量进而在羊毛的生化处理过程中实行实时监测是可行的。

In this paper，Folin-phenol reagent was used to determine the amount of tyrosine released during the biofinishing of wool. The result shows that a stable and excellent linear correlation is existed between conferred weight loss and tested tyrosine release，so it is possible for the photoelectric colorme- try to be used for weight loss determination and then to realize a real-time technological detection in wool biofinishing.
