摘要 为提高产品在市场上竞争的能力 ,涤棉针织物采用高温煮漂、生物酶除残留氧、快速先加电解质、强碱固色等方法、并选用具有还原清洗及皂洗功能的洗涤剂AW - 50 5省去还原清洗过程 ,从而降低了生产成本 ,提高了产品质量。具体的工艺为高温煮漂→溢流洗→酸中和→染涤 (加生物酶 )→冷洗→染棉→溢流洗→中和→皂洗→热洗→冷洗→过软固色→出缸。 Some new methods are introduced in dyeing P/C knitted goods, such as high temperature scouring and bleaching, removing residual oxygen with biological enzyme, the rapid adding of dectrolyte prior to dyestuff, adopting strong alkaline for dye fixing, choosing washing agent AW 505 which has both reduction clearing and soaping functions instead of traditional reduction clearing process. In this way, the production cost has been reduced and the quality of products improved. The specific process line is as follows: High temperature scouring and bleaching → overflow rinsing → acid neutralization → polyester dyeing (adding biological enzyme) → cold washing → cotton dyeing → overflow rinsing → neutralization → soaping → hot washing → cold washing → dye fixing with softening agent → unloading.
