变色腈纶针织物染整工艺的研究

A Study on the Dyeing and Finishing Process of Colour Changeable Acrylic Knits

腈纶织物采用带有变色分子的阳离子染料进行染整加工后 ,其在不同的光源下发生变色 ,故称变色针织物。匀染剂、酸剂对变色效果有一定的影响。实验结果表明 :采用 12 2 7匀染剂和冰醋酸 ,织物的变色效果最佳。变色腈纶针织物烘干前必须进行开幅整理 ,烘干温度应在 98℃～10 0℃。

The acrylic knitted fabric, after dyed with cationic dyes which contains colour changeable molecular can show variable colours under different light sources is called colour changeable knitted fabric. Dye leveller and acid agent have a certain influence on the effect of colour change. It is showed by experiment that an optimum result can be achieved in the presence of dye leveller 1227 and ice acetic acid.The fabric should be open width finished before drying at 98℃ ～100℃ .
