摘要
甘草水提剂(0.165g)对离体兔肠管平滑肌运动有明显的抑制作用,能显著地降低肠管蠕动的频率和幅度(p<0.01;p<0.05),作用时间比较对照组阿托品长,给药后5min降低肠蠕动幅度为阿托品的1.71倍,且能加强阿托品对肠管运动的抑制作用,是单用阿托品的2.87倍。结果表明:甘草水提剂对离体肠管运动有明显的抑制作用,且能加强阿托品的作用。
Glycyrrhiza extraction noticeably inhibits the intestine smooth muscle movement in rabbits, and distinct decreases the frequency and amplitude of intestine contraction (p<0.01; p<0.05). As compared with atropine, its effect lasts longer. 5 minutes after administration, the action of reduced contractive amplitude was 1.71 times as much as that of atropine group, and increased inhibition of atropine in the intestine movement, 2.87 times as much strength as that of atropine. The results indicate that the effect of glycyrrhiza extraction and atropine compound is stronger than that of atropine alone.
