Elimination of Fusel Oil to Meet the New Standard of Alcohol

杂醇油对人体健康有危害 ,食用酒精的生产应严格控制其指标。新国标列出了正丙醇的指标 ,对酒精的质量要求更高。采用多塔蒸馏机组 ,维持取油酒精度在75%～80%(v/v) ,有针对性地排除正丙醇 ,兼顾其他杂醇的抽出 ,导入纯化塔 ,从其顶部排出系统 ,因纯化塔顶部酒度在30%(v/v) ,有利于正丙醇排出。该工艺效果显著 ,杂醇油指标达到或超过国标特级酒精标准。(一平)

Fusel oil is harmful to peoples′ health, so its index should be under strict control in the production of edible alcohol. The new national standard of alcohol lists the index of n-propanol which requires higher quality of alcohol. Application of multiple-tower distillation apparatus could maintain alcohol content at 75%～85%(v/v), and it could exclude n-propanol and other fusel oil into purified tower, because the alcohol content of purified tower top is 30% (v/v) which is helpful for elimination of n-propanol, then the purified tower exclude them out of the system from the top. The techniques have achieved remarkable effects and the index of fusel oil could reach or exceed the international standard of superfine alcohol.
