摘要
用小麦原料生产酒精 ,小麦粉碎过筛孔1.5mm ,加水比1∶3;蒸煮糊化温度125℃ ,糊化90min,加糖化酶140u/g糖化40min;菌种为干酵母活化制成的成熟酒母 ,蒸馏为两塔蒸馏工艺。小麦酒精糟经固液分离浓缩生产成DDGS。利用小麦原料可生产优质酒精 ,出酒率可达30.5%。(孙悟)
High quality alcohol with wheat as its essentials could be produced by the following methods and the alcohol yield could achieve 30.5%: the sieve diameter for wheat smash be 1.5mm; the ratio of wheat and water be 1∶3; the temperature for steaming and cooking and saccharification be at 125℃; 90min for gelatinization and 40min for saccharification by addition of saccharifying enzyme 140u/g; starter be made with AADY; two-volumn distillation technique be adopted; and wheat alcoholic chaff after solid-liquid separation be condensed into DDGS.
