摘要
原订白酒国家标准已不太适应发展需要 ,建议国家有关部门对其进行修订。尽快出台适合液态法或固液结合等新工艺白酒的产品标准 ;对低度白酒补充保质期要求 ;对低度白酒的除浊给定一个具体界限 ,不必将低度酒引起浑浊的有机物彻底除去 ;适当放宽清香型白酒的某些理化指标 ;对纯净酒制订新标准。建议取消“不得加入非自身发酵产生的物质”
The original national liquor standards should be revised by the government to accomodate the rapid development of liquor-making industries. The government should enact new product standards for purified liquor and new craft liquor which fit new techniques such as liquid method and solid-liquid combined method; It should supplement requirements for shelf period of low alcohol liquor; It should present concrete limit for turbidity removal in low alcohol liquor and it′s unnecessary to remove completely the organisms which cause turbidity in low alcohol liquor; And it should loosen some physical and chemical indexes of Fen-flaovur liquor. Besides, the regulation of “no addition of materials produced not by self-fermentation” should be abolished. (Tran.by YUE Yang)
