摘要
大蓟有抑制离体蛙心、兔心心率及心收缩力的作用。在对狗血压实验中见到大蓟可降低其血压而且具有快速耐受性,并可抑制BCO的加压反射,提示降压作用与抑制心率及心收缩力有关。
Cirsium japonicum DC(CJDC)has an inhibition of heart rate and contractive force in isolated hearts of toads and rabbits.In the experimental study in dogs it is shown that it exhibits tachyphylaxis when CDC decreases blood pressure and has an inhibition of BCO reflex,suggesting that hypotension may be related to an inhibition of heart rate and contractile force of some animals.
