摘要
按照新的国家住宅供热系统标准 ,用户可以自行调节供热量 .为适应这一新要求 ,用 PL C、变频器、电磁调节阀和水泵组成 BJ11型换热机组取代原有机组 .新机组中采用模糊控制和 PID控制算法 ,对供水温度、出水压力能实现自动调节 ,其操作灵活 ,运行可靠 ,可收到稳定供热和节能效果 .
In accordance with the new national standard about residences central heating systems,every householder is able to adjust the flow of heating water indiviadually.To fit this demand,a new heat exchanging device BJ11,consisted by a PLC,a converter,a magnetic regulating valve,and a pump is developed to replace the old ones.the fuzzy and PID control method are applied in the automatic control of temperatures and preassures.BJ11 is proved to be flexible,reliable and economized in using.
