摘要
基于超声 C扫描对固体火箭发动机内壁绝热层与壳体粘接状态检测的原理分析 ,提出了对检测所得的粘接状态图像的分割算法 ,实现了绝热层脱粘的自动化识别。实验和应用表明 ,该算法完全可行。
Based on an analysis of ultrasonic C-scanning to detect the status of adhesive bond between the heat-insulating layer and the case inside a rocket motor, the method of segmentation for adhesive bond images is proposed. Through this is realized the automatic classification of states of adhesive bond in heat-insulating layers. Experimental tests and applications show that the method is feasible in practice.
