摘要
作者报告了在正常、应激与死亡三种不同机能状态下离体兔甲状腺细胞膜电位变化情况。实验首先将标本制成厚约500μm的切片;在37℃、pH7.40和氧饱和的台氏液中预孵育1h,于随后3h内完成测定。正常、应激与死亡三种状态的膜电位值分别为-37.5±8.1mv(n=13)、-22.5±3.2mv(n=13)和-15.5±2.7mmv(n=14)。前一组膜电位较后两组皆有极显著差异(p分别<0.01和<0.001);应激组较死亡组亦有明显差异(p<0.05)。结果提示:甲状腺细胞膜电位与动物机能状态有密切关系。
The cellular membrane potentials of isolated rabbit thyroid gland were measured in three kinds of functional states, i.e.,normal,stress and death. The isolated thyroid gland was prepared into slices of 500um, then transfered into tyroide's solution(37℃, pH7.40 and O_2 saturated ) and incubated for 1h. And the measurement was finished within 3h for every group. The membrane potentials for the three groups were —37.5±8.1mV(n=13), -22.5 ±3.2mV(n=13)and-15.5±2.7mV(n=14), respectively. There existed significant differences between the normal and the stress or the death(p<0.01 and 0.001), respectively. There was also evidcnt difference between the stress and the death(p<0.05). These results suggest that the cellular membrane potential of thyroid gland is closely related to the animal functional states.
