摘要
研究了穿孔顶头常用钢 2 5 Cr2 Ni4WA经铝和稀土合金化后的高温性能和氧化特征。试验结果与分析表明 ,铝和稀土合金化可明显提高穿孔顶头的高温硬度和强度及表面氧化膜抗剥落行为 ,从而可有效提高穿孔顶头的使用寿命。
The high temperature properties and the oxidation characteristics of 25Cr2Ni4WA steel alloyed by aluminium and RE are studied. The results show that the high temperature strength and hardness and the resistance to the peeling of the surface oxide film are increased obviously when the steel is alloyed by aluminium and RE, thus the service life of the plugs made of 25Cr2Ni4WA steel is prolonged effectively.
