大滯后系统的控制算法研究

摘要 针对目前随动系统(含程序控制系统)采用跟踪系统的设计方法,只强调共性而忽略个性的问题,提出了一种程序控制系统的新设计方法。该方法在跟踪系统基础上,将工艺参数随时间变化的规律作为程序控制系统的参考输入,由函数发生器产生,以保证程序控制系统的任务与跟踪系统完全相同,解决了程序控制系统中的大滞后问题,提高了系统的控制精度。文中给出了该方法的系统框图,研究了系统的控制算法,讨论了系统输入闭环传递函数W(S)、跟踪参考函数R(S) 和输出函数C(S) 不同特性对系统控制的影响。并以示例验证了该方法的可行性。 Aiming at the problems that the common nature is only emphasized and the special nature is neglected in the present servo system with using the design methods of the tracking systems, a new design method for the program-controlled systems is presented. Based on the tracking system, the law that technological parameters are changed with time is used as the reference input of the program-controlled systems, and the law is generated by the generator. So, as the same task of the program-controlled systems as that of the tracking systems is guaranteed, the long-time delay problem of the program-controlled systems is solved, and the precise degree of control system is improved with the new method. The block diagram and the algorithm for control system is given out, the influence of different characteristics of the ring-closed transfer function W(S), the tracking reference functions R(S) and the output functions C(S) etc. functions on the control system is discussed, the feasibility of the method is validated by examples in this paper.
