摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了力平衡加速度表非轴对称磁路结构中的通电线圈所受电磁力的大小及分布情况,并将合力作用点位置与摆组件的质心位置作了比较,提出一种改进磁轭结构尺寸以减小这两点位置偏差的方法。同时,还利用ANSYS软件的优化计算功能,对磁路结构中的磁钢与磁极帽高度之比作了优化计算。
The size and distribution of electromagnetic force in electrifying winding in axial unsymmetrical magnetic circuit of torquer in force-balance accelerometer is calculated by finite element analysis software ANASYS. Positions of force compositions and centroid of swinging subassembly are compared, the method that deduce the difference of these two points by altering yoke size is presented. Height proportion of alnico and magnetic pole in magnetic circuit is optimized with optimizing function of ANSYS software.
