变态反应性与非变态反应性荨麻疹患者血浆中中分子物质含量及临床意义

The quantity of middle molecular substances in idiosyncratic or nonidiosyncratic urticaria patients plasm and its clinical significance

作者检测变态反应性荨麻疹和非变态反应性荨麻疹患者血浆中中分子(middle molecular substances MMS)含量。结果变态反应性荨麻疹患者血浆中MMS含量与健康对照组和非变态反应性荨麻疹组比较差别有高度显著性。

Urticaria of idiocratic and nonidiocratic patient's plasma middle molecular substances (MMS) was surveyed by the authors. There were no obvious differences between acute and chronic idiocratic urticaria in plasma content (P>0.05), highly obvious differences between ideocratic urticaria and normal contrast group (P<0.01), obvious differences between nonidiocartic urticaria and normal contrast group(P<0.05), because of highly obvious difference (P<0.01) between idiocratic and nonidiocratic urticaria, therefore test of MMS may be used as one of auxiliary means in differential diagnosis. Relationship between MMS and idocratic urticaria pathogenesis has to further study.
