子母弹发射强度的结构有限元计算

The Fintte Element Calculation of the Structure of Launching Strength of Shrapnel

利用“PRSA-2”弹箭三维有限元软件 ,对 1 2 2毫米子母弹分为三种结构进行了发射强度的有限元计算。通过对不同结构和不同工况的计算 ,给出了弹带危险区域的应力值和位移值。绘制出弹体的等应力曲线 ;也给出了弹底和整体的计算结果 。

The launching strengths of three structures of the 122mm shrapnel are investigated by means of the three dimension fin ite element software of “PRSA 2” in this paper. The stress and the shift value of dangerous section of projectile band are also calculated via the calculation of different structures and different case. The iso stress curves of projectile, the results of the bottom and the body of projectile are given. The data can be referred to the product design accurately and reliably.
