温度通过cAMP及cGMP对人淋巴细胞E受体的影响

摘要 作者用放射免疫测定及E玫瑰花环测定法检测了不同温度,不同保存时间对淋巴细胞E受体及细胞内cAMP相cGMP的影响,结果表明,随着温度的降低及保存时间的延长,E玫瑰花环的抑制率逐渐增加(P<0.05及0.01)。淋巴细胞内的cAMP含量升高,cGMP含量稍下降,cAMP/cGMP比值增大(P<0.05及0.01)。并对温度、淋巴细胞E受体及环核苷酸三者之间关系进行探讨。 The influence of different temperature and different storage periods on lymphocyte E receptor and its intracellular cAMP cGMP was measured with RIA and E rose-wreath assay. The results showed that with the lower temperature and the longer storage period, the inhibition rate of rose- wreath gradual increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Lymphocyte intracellular cAMP content increased, cGMP content decreased slightly, cAMP/cGMP ratio increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The ralationship among temperature, lymphocyte E receptor and cAMP cGMP was further discussed.
