液压机顶出杆驱动侧抽芯动作的底座压制模具设计

摘要 介绍了该底座压制模具的结构、特点和动作过程 ,指出了该压制模具和一般压制模具在结构上的不同之处 ,即弯销的侧抽芯和复位动作均由液压机顶出杆驱动 ,侧抽芯和顶出制件存在着先后关系 ,侧型芯复位和加料。 The author gives an introduction of the structure 、characters and the motion course of the Base Pressing Mould . Except this, the author stresses the differences between the Base Pressing Mould and the rest kinds of moulds, pointing out that the side taking-out and replacement of the curved pin are both driven by hydraulic press; there is an order of priority between the side taking-out and mandrilling, between the replacement of the taking out and the addition of material.
