混合式高校图书馆阅览部工作人员素质浅谈

Discussion on the quality of the reading-room attendant in hybrid university library

目前 ,高校图书馆处于纸基文献与数字文献共存的混合状态 ,传统的工作方式与自动化、网络化环境下的现代化工作方式交叉存在 ;而大部分高校图书馆开放性的布局扩大了阅览部门工作人员与各类读者的接触面 ,加强了阅览部的信息桥梁作用。阅览部工作人员需要具备哪些素质才能适应混合式、开放性高校图书馆的要求 ?针对此问题 ,运用系统论和管理学的有关原理进行分析 ,提出阅览部工作人员应具备较高的政治思想水平和原则意识、现代化服务思想、全局观念以及自觉更新知识结构、提高服务技能的意识。

At present ,the paper based literature resources and digital literature resources coexist in the university library With the combination of traditional, automatic and network based ways ,open shelved distribution of books on many university libraries expands the connection between the staff and the readers and stregthen the use of the reading room as the information bridge Under this new condition, what kind of qualities should the reading room attendant have in order to do his job well? based on the system theory and management prinerples , the qualities are considered to include: high standard political and principle awareness ,good attitude towards the reader ,overall concept and conviction of enriching one's knowledge and mastering new technique .To improve the reading room attendant's qualities ,the role of the management mechanism of the hybrid university library is pointed out to make a good external environment .
