摘要
目前 ,许多现役原油管线 (如东北管网 ) ,由于运行时间长、管线设备老化、管输量逐年下降 ,使得原油加热输送的能耗量不断上升 ,运营成本较高。本文根据原油管道加热输送能耗的数学模型 ,研究和分析了影响管输能耗的各种因素及其变化规律 ,提出了降低能耗的具体措施 ,对降低现役管道管输能耗费用和总成本、提高老管线的经济效益 ,具有一定的意义。
At present,the flow of a lot of oil pipeline on active service(such as pipeline networrlk of the Northeast China),drops year by year,due to have moved for a long time and pipeline equipment ageing.The energy consumption of the hot oil transportation rises continuous,transportation cost is more and more expensive.In this article,it is according to energy consumption mathematic model of the hot oil pipeline carried out the research and analysed the various factors and laws of change of the energy consumption of transportation,The author puts formard the concrete measure to cut down the energy consumption. To reduce expenses of energy consumption and the total cost on active service,as well as to improve the economic benefits of the outdated pipeline.These meaures have a certain sense.
