1200热连轧地下卷取机张力辊电流调节系统研究

A study of current adjusting system in the tension roller in the 1200 hot continue rolling down roller

研究了模糊控制理论在张力辊电动机电流调节系统中的应用。介绍了传统PI调节器、参数自调整模糊控制器的设计 ,并用MATLAB(SIMULINK )语言进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明 ,参数自调整模糊控制器具有良好的控制性能 ,对进一步应用研究具有较大的参考价值。

The application of fuzzy control theory in the current adjusting system in the tension roller electromotor is studied,and the design of a parameter self-runing fuzzy controller and tradition PI controller are also introduced.Based on MATLAB(SIMULINK),the article performed the computer simulation.The results show that the fuzzy controller has good control performance and has reference value for further applications.
