摘要
同步辐射光电子能谱光束线控制系统是根据设计和使用要求对构成该光束线主要部件进行可靠控制。该控制系统除了满足在线光路部件、机械部件和真空部件等安全精密工作的要求外 ,还要求能使光束线能够以良好的性能为实验站服务。由于系统工作的电磁环境比较恶劣 ,在调试过程中经常发现电子器件、接口电路及电子设备等时常由于强电磁干扰及辐射干扰而损坏。经过多次现场分析和模拟实验之后 ,采用辐射屏蔽和不同形式的抗强电磁干扰措施 。
It must consider two main sides to design a photoelectron spectrum beam line control system in synchrotron light source, that are facing to reliability work for components and devices on the beam line and facing to easy use and maintain for users. That means system operation is very accurate and reliable, but strong interference and bremsstrahlung from accelerator are always to make trouble for electric device and its interface, and so on. It is important to take datum and special information on line, and after that, to pay attention to analyze the reasons on analogy of hardware and software similarity. The signal isolate technology between different device interface is very good ground method in system, and effective radiation proof structure is enough to prevent some damage from them. The system work reliability is successful after doing test many times.
