摘要
观察加Sr变质和不变质的 62 0 1合金 ,以及经热加工 (挤压 )和未热加工的不同试样的显微组织 ,并结合力学性能试验结果 ,了解到Sr对 62 0 1铝合金热加工性能的影响。发现经Sr变质的合金具有鱼骨状α AlFeSi,这种化合物在挤压后只发生变形而不被压碎 ,使合金的力学性能提高 。
The effect of strontium on the hot workability of 6201 aluminum alloy was studied in terms of microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy with strontium or without strontium. It was found that strontium could promote the workability of the alloy, because modifying caused the αAlFeSi to be the dominate phase in the alloy and the phase had a fishbone script morphology which imporoved the ductility and extracability of the alloy and thus improved workability and formability.
