摘要
本文论述了如何采用晶闸管调速系统控制 1515型纺织机织机墙板加工中扩铰D2 5mm孔的切削用量 ;分析了墙板作为薄壁件的定位和夹紧方法以提高孔的表面加工质量。
This article mainly discusses how to use the thyristor adjustable speed system to control the cutting parameter in the process of enlarging & reaming D25mm hole in the wall panel of the 1515 spinning machine. It also analyses the method of locating & clipping the wall panel as a thin work piece in order to improve the processing quality of its hole surface.
