导弹外壳板滚弯机中“改进型”轧辊半径之确定(英文) 被引量:1

DETERMINATION OF THE RADII OF THE IMPROVED TYPE ROLLERS OF THE BENDER FOR ROLLING MISSILE HULL PLATES

摘要 以理想状态下大型导弹外壳板(简称弹壳板)与对称式三轧辊滚弯机(简称三辊机)中三轧辊之间弹塑性力学关系为基础,研究实际工况下弹壳板产生滚弯直线度误差的根源,并推导出一组可确定“改进型”轧辊半径的方程组. 研究表明,以计算该方程组所求得的“改进型”轧辊替代原三辊机的轧辊可使弹壳板滚弯直线度误差显著减小. Up to present, how to reduce more effectively the rolling straightness error of the missile cylindrical hull plate (called as the missile plate for short) is a difficult problem attracting the gaze of people. Systematical calculation, analysis and research on the elasticity-plasticity mechanical relationships between the missile plate and the three rollers in the symmetrical type of three roller bender for rolling missile plates (called as the bender for short) were made by the author. In this article, on the basis of concerned research results obtained previously, further exploration and deeper research on the source causing the straightness error of the missile plates under actual condition are put forward, and a group of equations for determination of the radii of the improved type rollers are derived. It is proved that replacing the original rollers in the bender with the improved type ones is able to reduce effectively and notably the rolling straightness error of the missile plate.
