摘要
介绍应用模糊数学方法建立的表征锻件晶粒度的隶属函数 ,根据近代质量控制理论提出了质量控制函数及其计算方法。将表征晶粒度的隶属函数和质量控制函数引入有限元变形 -传热耦合分析方法 ,首次提出了锻造工艺适用性的定量评估方法。应用所提出的方法对各种锻造工艺的评估结果与生产实践表明 ,所提出的方法能揭示锻造工艺参数对锻件质量的影响 。
A membership function formulated by using fuzzy mathematics for charaterizing the grain size of superalloy forgings was presented in this paper. In order to form a media between the forging thermomechanical parameters and forging quality, the quality control function (QCF) and the method for its calculation were defined according to the mordern quality control theory. Incorporating the QCF and membership function into thermoviscoplastic coupling analysis software based on finite element method, a method was first established to quantitatively evaluate the applicability of forging processes. The results obtained by using the proposed method and practical experience indicate that the proposed method can reveal the effect of the forging process variables on the forging quality, being a scientific method to define the forging process and control the forging quality for difficult to deformation materials.
