摘要
用探头扫描工件表面 ,检测涡流沿裂纹边缘流动分量产生的磁场 ,达到非接触检测热处理裂纹的目的。此种检测方法工作稳定且灵敏度高 ,测量结果不受零件成分、形状。
Through scanning the workpiece surface using probe, the magnetic field produced by component of eddy current along the edge of creak is found. The creak of workpiece in heat treatment is non-contact measured. This method shows that stability and sensitivity of the measurement is better. Composition,shape,dimension and surface roughness of the workpiece have no influence on the results of the measurement.
