摘要
提出了一种全新的原型加工技术——激光三维内割技术 ,将激光聚焦在透明 (有机 )材料内部 ,并按照计算机中零件 (或部件 )的三维 CAD模型 ,以数控技术引导焦点在材料内部进行扫描和切割 ,从而使成形的零件与母材分离 ,达到了真正的无刀具三维切割加工。该项技术可以较大程度地克服现有各种快速原型技术的缺陷 ,可以用于微型制造、零件原型制造等 。
This paper provides a completely new technique of prototyping processing——the technique of 3D laser inner cut. When the laser passes through and focuses at a point within a transparent material, with the scanning of the laser's focus point, guided by the CNC system, it can cut within the transparent material until the model comes off from the original material. This makes the 3D inner cutting without tool possible, and greatly improves the present rapid prototyping processing techniques by avoiding many disadvantages. This technique can be used in micro processing, archeology, part prototyping processing. It has a good application prospect.
