摘要
提出了现代质量观念下面向产品全生命周期的工艺质量的概念 ,建立了统一的工艺质量模型。该模型分为 5个层次 ,即整体工艺质量层、质量特性层、工艺质量要素层、工艺决策参数层和集成信息平台层 ,由 8个元组组成。在此基础上 ,探讨了基于工艺质量模型的并行制造实施方法 ,包括鉴别质量特性、配置工艺质量要素、工艺质量要素自动“聚焦”与协同决策、工艺质量评价 ,以及工艺质量改进 5个步骤 ,有利于保证与改进产品全生命周期中的工艺质量和产品质量。
This paper presents a new concept--process quality for the total life cycle of products, and brings forward an unified process quality model(UPQM), which is organized into five layers: whole process quality, quality characteristics, process elements, elements' process parameters and the integrated information platform. Based on the UPQM, the methodology of concurrent manufacturing for assuring process quality is discussed. The methodology includes five implementation phases: identification of quality characteristics, deployment of process elements, automatically focusing and cooperatively decision of multi-agents for process elements, evaluation of process quality, and improvement of process quality. The UPQM and its methodology of concurrent manufacturing will facilitate to assure the process quality and product quality during the total life cycle of products.
