摘要
为了避免大型旋转机组由于轴向力过大所引起机器的损坏 ,保证生产的自动化和连续化 ,我们研制出了一套用于日产 TP— 4113— P5— 1.2型碳黑洗涤塔给水泵的轴向力在线监控装置。此装置包括测力弹性元件和轴向力智能监控仪表两部分 ,作者采用有限元法对弹性元件进行了优化设计并对弹性元件做了动态标定 ,采用 89C5 1单片机系统进行轴向力在线监控 ,此系统已在几个大、中型企业使用 ,效果良好。
An on-line monitoring system which is applied to a water-supplying centrifugal pump is developed to reduce the machine damage due to the too big axial forces, and to ensure production automation and continuity. This device includes two parts: one is the elastic force-measuring element, the other is the on-line axial force monitoring instrument. We optimized the structure of elastic force-measuring element using the finite element method and calibrated the elastic element dynamically, applied the 89C51 microchip system to control the machine. This system is working well in some big projects.
