摘要
论述了滚压参数对球体滚压后零件表面粗糙度及表面硬度的影响 ,提出了合理的滚压参数 。
The surface quality of mechanical part affects its service performance. Generally, The ball rolling is used to reduce the surface roughness and improve the surface hardness of mechanical part in machining. Therefore, it is usually used as a method of last machining for the mechanical part. In ball rolling, the roughness and hardness of the part surface would be changed whose ball rolling conditions and parameters are different. The parameters of ball rolling include ball rolling force and speed, ball radius, etc. In order to research the influence of ball rolling parameters on surface quality, different tests of ball rolling were carried out by changing parameters. Test results show that higher surface roughness and hardness of mechanical part can be obtained with selecting the reasonable parameters of ball rolling.
