摘要
针对轴承运行状态采用极大熵谱法建立了 AR模型 ;并计算出轴承正常及故障状态的时序模型。对饱含着信号的时间序列进行了故障敏感因子计算、极大熵谱分析 ,对滚动轴承故障进行了定性的诊断 ,同时将功率谱和极大熵谱进行比较分析 。
AR model is built by maximum entropy method on bearing running condition, and time series model of fault and normal condition is computed. Maximum entropy analysis is carried on time series which contains signal. By analysis, the qualitative and quantitative diagnosis is processed, contemporaneously compared with FFT (power spectrum), spectrum produced by maximum entropy have many advantages: Limited valvula, standing out main peak, high frequency resolution ratio. Diagnosis information is improved.
