In order to solve the security of daily transactions through Intranet or Extranet such as business cooperation, disperse design and manufacturing, team working among the different research departments in the virtual enterprises, we propose the architecture of Intranet/Extranet net security. In this security architecture, we apply virtual private network, secure firewall, cross-domain authentication and secure mail to support agility of enterprise business, and propose the security mechanism of information based on IPSec standard, secure mail management based on S/MIME, cross-domain authentication based on X. 509.
