Study on Functional Parameter of a Roller Distribute

对圆辊布料机的主要设计参数进行了研究 ,给出了辊径、闸门、单位压力等计算设计表达式 ,并结合设备的实际情况在相应设计参数中进行了修正 。

This paper studies the functional parameters for designing a roller distributor .The equations for calculation in design , the diameter of the roller,the block gate and per unit pressure are presented in the paper . Revisions for some relative parameters in design are made according to the existing condition of the equipment .The parameters presented here can be used as references in designing a roller distributor.
