摘要
研究了湿砂型条件下Na2 CO3对铝液流动性的影响并分析了其影响机理。结果表明 :随砂型中Na2 CO3含量的提高 ,型砂碱度增大 ,铝液流动性变差 ,是由型砂 铝液界面张力变大而造成的。
Effect of Na 2CO 3 on the fluidity of liquid aluminum for green sand casting was invesitgated, and the mechanism was analyzed. It is concluded that basicity of molding sand increases and fluidity of liquid aluminum decreases with the rising of Na 2CO 3 content in sand mold, and increase of interface tension of molding sand liquid aluminum causes fluidity of liquid aluminum to decrease.
