摘要
介绍了在高温、混凝土运距远、技术难度高的情况下 ,一次性泵送顶升压注完成了武汉江汉五桥 2 40m跨的拱桥钢管混凝土的施工过程 ,测定了在密封条件下混凝土的早期膨胀率和强度的发展规律 ,详细记录了泵送压力的变化过程。
In this article, authors introduce the construction procedure of steel pipe concrete of Wuhan Jianghan No.5 Arched Bridge whose span is 240m. This construction procedure was finished with once pumping, jacking and pressed pouring under the situation of high temperature, long distance transportation and high technical difficulty. Authors measured the development rules of concrete early stage expansion rate and strength under sealed situation, and also recorded the change procedure of pumping pressure.
