Making a Study of Specifications of Designing KD Panel Furniture of Particleboard and MDF of 32mm System

随着刨花板和中密度纤维板在现代家具工业中的广泛使用,我国也开始了对板式拆装家具的研究。本文着重讨论了关于32mm系列刨花板和中密度纤维板板式拆装家具设计规范,介绍了板式拆装家具对板件的设计、编号、封边及表面装饰的方法。对于机械化程度较高的工厂展示了一种新的加工工艺。

As particleboard and medium density fibreboard (MDF) are being widely used in the modern furniture industry, researches for KD panel funniture began in our country, too. This article brings focus on discussion about the specifications of designing KD panel furniture of particleboard and MDF of 32mm system, and also gives a recommendation of designing, numbering and edgebanding of panel components as well as a new method of surface decoration, thus showing a new method ot processing to thoses factories with higher level of mechnization.
