摘要
投标报价是一个斗智的过程 ,报价高则拿不到合同 ,还浪费投标所用去的时间、人力、财力 ;报价低 ,虽然拿到了合同 ,却把“钱留在了谈判桌上”.一个好的报价 ,必须经几种方法量化计算 ,反复比较 .本文引进模糊相似优先比关系数学模型 ,并提出了它在预测工程项目投标报价中的运用 ,进行了实例示范演算 。
Bidding is a tricky process. If his bid is too high, he fails to get the contract and loses the time and money spent on preparing the proposal. When he bids much lower than his rivals, he obtains the contract, but he 'leaves money on the table'. A good bid had to compare with more ways. In this paper not only the price of the international project is forecasted with the Fuzzy Similar-priority Comparison, but also a practice example is showed.
