介绍高强度螺栓的使用包括合理的设计选型、合理的使用以及高强度螺栓连接的定期检查三方面 ,分析高强度螺栓的使用寿命 ,指出其失效的原因有设计不当、多孔紧固连接紧固过程不均匀、连线松动、生锈与咬死螺纹不对或配合不好等七个方面。最终得出较好地实现高强度螺栓连接的可靠性 ,在其强韧性、制造精度以及大尺寸螺栓连接时其紧固方法和检验方法都很重要的结论。

In this paper, the writer introduces use of high?strength bolts, it includes rational design lectotype, rational useful situation, periodic inspection of high?strength bolt connection. The writer analyses useful life of a high?strength bolt, puts forward that failure reasons of it are seven aspects, for example, design isn't proper, fastening process of multihole fastening connection is uneven, connection is loose, rust and seizure produce in the connection, thread is incorrect or thread fit is bad, etc. To realize reliability of high strength bolt connection fairly well the key factors lie in indomitable and firm of it, precision of it, fastening and testing method of large?scale bolt connection.
