介绍了菏日铁路复线某段的工程情况 ,通过对该段中泗水站、鲁舒站的现状、目标分析 ,制定了铁路复线站场拨接施工的安全防护步骤 ,从施工组织、封锁前准备、封锁拨接施工安全准备、封锁拨接防护、列车放行、线路养护、交付等方面寻找事故易发点 ,并对事故易发点进行了分析 ,制定出相应事故易发点防护措施和标准 ,取得了较好的施工效果。

The paper introduces the engineering of one part of He?ri double railway line, analyzes the present state and aim of Sishui and Lushu stations in the part, and makes safety defence steps for station dial?receive system construction. Eventful spots should be found out from aspects of construction arrangement, preparation before block, safety preparation, defence of block dial?receive, clearance of trains, line protection and payment. The paper further analyzes eventful spots and makes corresponding protection means and standards which proved to have obtained favorable effect.
