摘要
结合宁杭线南京地区真空吸水混凝土的施工实践 ,研究了真空吸水法在水泥混凝土道路施工中的应用及质量控制方法。对普通混凝土、掺M、F减水剂混凝土、真空吸水混凝土进行了对比研究 ,分析了真空吸水对混凝土抗折强度的影响 ,提出了真空吸水混凝土施工流程的质量控制、现场浇注混凝土的质量预测与控制的方法。并从现场施工条件出发 ,建立了真空吸水混凝土的抗折、抗压强度相互关系专用曲线 ,以便于对混凝土的施工质量做出早期判定。
Combined with the vacuum dehydration concrete construction of Nanjing part among Nanjing\|Hangzhou highway,a series of studies is performed on the application of vacuum dehydration concrete on pavement and the method of concrete quality control.Contrast research is carried out of the behavior of normal concrete,mixing M and F water\|reducing agent concrete and vacuum dehydration concrete.The effect of vacuum dehydration on bending strength of concrete is analyzed.The quality control way of vacuum dehydration concrete during construction process,and the quality control and the prediction method of cast\|in\|site concrete are suggested.In order to judge early concrete construction quality,the bending strength\|compressive strength curve of vacuum dehydration concrete is put forward by the condition of construction site. \[
