Air conditioning design of the Hunan Pinghetang Shopping Centre

该商厦是一座功能齐全的商贸建筑 ,中日合资兴建。简述了该工程的通风、空调、防排烟设计 ,重点介绍冷热源设计特点。根据环境和工程特点 ,选用 2台水冷式离心机 ,另选 4台风冷热泵式冷热水机组用于冬季供暖及夏季部分负荷时的调节。工程投入运行后效果良好 ,达到了设计要求。

The building is a shopping complex invested as a Sino Japanese joint venture. Presents the air conditioning, ventilation and the smoke management system design of the building. Emphasises the cooling and heating sources selection. Based on the environment and engineering characteristics, chooses two water cooled centrifugal chillers and four air cooled heat pump units used for heating in winter and cooling at partial loads in summer. The project has operated well as expected by the designers since 1998.
