在不能停业和有客人出入的地方不能施工的情况下 ,对已运行 1 0年的该公寓的空调系统进行了改造。通过负荷计算 ,重新选择冷热源设备 ;因地制宜 ,选用质量可靠、占地少的锅炉、水泵、换热器等设备 ;尽可能利用原有系统的管线 ;机房改造时 ,在不能停机的情况下 ,合理安排施工顺序 ,依次完成了新旧设备的替换。工程改造后效果良好 ,得到甲方的认可。
