等离子体显示器已成为显示器件产业新的大规模投资热点，衬板玻璃作为ｎ对生产过程中必不可少的材料日益受到厂商的重视。本文分析了ＰＤＰ制造中对材板的要求，介绍了日本电气硝子的微晶玻璃的生产过程和主要性能指标，最后对ＰＤＰ制造中使用的微晶玻璃衬板需求量进行了分析和展望。

Plasma display devices have become are and large scale investment hotspot in the display device industry Manufacturers. have paid more and more attention to the scaleboard glass which is the indispensable material used in making PDP.In this paper,we analyze the requirement of the scaleboard in making PDP,introduce the process of manufacturing minicrystal and its primary characteristics of NEG. In addition,we analyze and prospect the required quantity of the minicrystal glass scaleboard in manufacture of PDP.
