摘要
本文针对一种自行开发的具有较高融点的新型有机混合蓄冷工质,首先建立了描述融化过程的数学模型,并应用边界元方法给出了适用于该过程的数值解,最终得到了在不同工况下相界面和热流随时间的变化规律,为进一步优化蓄冷系统提供了理论依据;同时,在小型蓄冷实验台上进行了相应工况的实验研究,验证了理论解。
In this paper,new organic mixed substances whose melt point is higher than 5℃ are used in storage cool balls. A mathematical model was established to solve the problem fixed-melt in the sphere, and during handling the model, boundary element method is used. Finally,changing rules of phase layer and thermal flow are obtained with time in different conditions, and those conclusions can be used in improving ice storage system. At the same time, experiments are worked out for resuming theory in small-scale system of cool storage.
