摘要
利用三通管的相分离特性,从被测气液两相流体中分流分离出一部分单相气体,通过测量这部分单相气体的流量计算被测气液两相流体的流量或干度。文中给出了这种分流分相式气液两相流体流量计的组成原理,分流系数特性及实验结果。
A new type of gas-liquid two-phase flow meter-T-junction ESM (Extracting and Separat- ing Method) two-phase flow meter is proposed and tested in this paper. By utilizing the phase split phenomena in T-junctions, a single-phase gas stream is extracted, through branch legs of T-junctions, from the gas-liquid two-phase flow to be measured, and its flow rate is metered with a conventional single phase flow meter. The measured value of extracted gas flow rate was, then, being used to calculate the mass flow rate or mass quality of two-phase mixture to be measured according to the extraction ratio. The characteristic of extraction ratio was also investigated theoretically and experimentally in this paper.
