氨氯西林钠预防腹部手术切口感染的临床观察

A clinical study on the effect of Ampicloxacillin sodium on preventing postoperative abdominal incision infection

目的 观察氨氯西林钠预防腹部手术切口感染的临床效果。方法 选用 6 0例各种腹部手术的患者 ,随机分为氨氯西林钠组 (n =30 )与阿乐欣组 (n =30 )进行对比观察。结果 治疗组发生切口感染 2例(6 6 % ) ,对照组 3例 (10 0 % ) ,两组术后切口感染率无显著性差异。结论 氨氯西林钠与其它广谱抗菌素一样 。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Ampicloxacillin Sodium on preventing postoperative abdominal incision infection Method 60 patients were divided into two groups, one group (n=30) was treated with Ampicloxacillin Sodium and the other group (n=30) was treated with Azlocillin as control Result Two cases of the Ampicloxacillin group (6 6%) were complicated with incision infection while so were three cases of the control group There was no significant difference between theses two groups (P>0 05) Conclusion Ampicloxacillin sodium can effectively prevent postoperative abdominal incision infection as other broad-spectrum antibiotics
