摘要
目的 采用HPLC测定消炎止痒酊中氯霉素和地塞米松的含量。方法 采用C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (75∶2 5v/v)。检测波长氯霉素为 2 78nm ,地塞米松 2 40nm。结果 氯霉素在 10 0~ 5 0 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,回归方程A =2 76 14+4 6 2 7C ,r=0 .9997,回收率 98.9% ,RSD =0 .43% ,地塞米松在 30~ 15 0 μg·ml-1浓度范围内 ,峰面积与浓度呈线性关系 ,回归方程A =40 92 +2 0 148C ,r =0 .9998,回收率 99.1% ,RSD =0 .38%。
Aim To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone in antiinflammation and antipruritic tincture.Methods Chlomaphenicol and dexamethaione were eluted with CH 3OH-H 2O(75∶25,v/v,1ml·min -1 ) on C 18 column and were detected at 278nm(chloramphenicol) and 240nm(dexamethasone).Results In the concentration of chloramphenicol 100~500μg·ml -1 ,r=0.999 7,the recovery was 98.9%,RSD=0.43%;and in the concentration of dexamethasone 30~150μg·ml -1 ,r=0.999 8,the recovery was 99.1%,RSD=0.38%.Conclusions This method was accurate for the determsnation of two constituents in the antiinflammation and antipruritic tincture.
